Literally the opposite. If you are going to take Phase into the path of being a Hololive clone then people will just watch Hololive. That's the reason why almost every other startup failed: they all tried to be Hololive clones. The Big Three had already monopolised the major normalfag markets. Hololive has idolchads, unicorns and R*ddit. Nijisanji has casuals and China. Vshojo has coomers and Twitch. What else is there to go?
Pippa showed a way. A new path, a path that is, in Depressed Nousagi's words, Unconventional. But a path unexplored and ripe for the taking. We are that audience. WE are the reason Phase didn't crash.

And if Phase will become more and more restrictive they will run the risk of making one of their biggest flagships get fatigued that they can't do, express or create what they want to anymore, and drop ot/graduate due to creative differences. AND YOU KNOW HOW IT ALL WENT. (Hint: Pic related)
