Well, since we brought this topic off, I might get out this chest.

When I was on Twitch there was a guy I hanged with. One day one of the streamers started asking my friend to watch his stream, and gave my friend her stream link.
He was ambivalent about going there, and he asked my opinion. I said: "do what you want". They began parasocialling and the streamer turned out to be a 2views but that doesn't matter.

Almost a decade passed since, yet I think of that moment everyone in a while. Why did he ask my opinion? Because he wanted me to stop him from going there. And perhaps I knew that he wanted me to, but I didn't.
Why? Because you are supposed to be stoical.
Because caring about numbers is a weakness.
