I think they still have it in the application page, but they do say you need to provide at least 3 days of streaming a week or maybe it was a certain number of hours a week. Point is, whatever it was, it was laughably low and not that much at all and yet Gura does EVEN LESS than that. And she isn't the only one, Ayame is notorious for that too. Risu also fucks off for long periods of time and even some of the holostarsJP just vanish. The problem isn't the rule, it's the fact that Cover doesn't enforce it in any way at all so they keep ghosting and not streaming. Gura is just the most famous because of her big numbers, but a lot of others in the company just fuck off.
