I trust Foobs, yet the whole thing is fishy beyond meassure, A-chan singing for Chammers is the biggest cause for concern in this whole thing.
But again, since it's Fubuki I choose to beleb. If Haachama ends up being dead I lose Fubuki aswell

I get it too unfortunately, i'll see if i can get some time today to look into it, but chances are I won't know whats going on.
As a temporary workaround i've suggested maybe upping the api limit?
As far as I can tell from personal use I should only be using 2-3 api calls a day for that and for some reason we go up to the 5 limit early..

At a guess resetting cache/local storage will generate a call but i havent fully tested it.

The limit resets around adjusts fyi.
