I actually watched that ASMR. It was the first Niji stream I've watched since Pomu's graduation. She was doing all the ear licking stuff, yandere RP, imouto RP stuff anons are always talking about. If she doesn't screw up in some other way I think she'll pick up her own pay pigs and probably end up like scarle, making more money than the rest of the organs with her own dedicated audience.

The complete collapse of Niji EN's Western fanbase hasn't affected Hololive EN whatsoever, but a lot of smaller corpos rose. The top ex-Niji girls Doki and Mint also show that they can very well stand on their own 2 feet as indies.
The others aren't nearly as big enough, those are just some large exceptions, but the remaining organs might very well join smaller corpos and thrive there. The ones that are directly linked to that black screen stream and Niji's mismanagement overall - that's Elira - will have a very successful career flipping burgers.
The small fanbase that's left will most likely move on to smaller corpos.
