To be fair, people quoted Kiara out of context. Kiara wanted actual live 3D for her anniversary (which is difficult since the studio is packed as hell and most 3Ds are pre-recorded) and 3D for Myth anniversary (which is difficult for another reasons, with how hard it is to synchronize Myth's schedules while keeping it flexible in case of delays)
I do think that Kiara is whiny (especially when there is a solution that would have allowed her to be in more 3D performances - moving to JP like Bae is going to), but she never said or imply that EN cannot do any 3D at all

It was all just scheduling issue. Kiara and Myth and rest of EN should take note and book dates at least a year in advance. Chances are they don't want to because probably have to have a security deposit to book a slot and don't want to fully commit to something that isn't mandated especially when they can just do the usual at home collab or off collab streams.

The thing is, 3D recordings got delayed all the time. Even JP members were affected - and going by what members said, it's not a "Sorry that we have to delay your recording, we will do this next week", but more often "Sorry that we have to delay your recordings, we will schedule sometimes later" without any specific timeframe for "later" until, well, later. That understandably makes it harder to schedule for members who live outside of JP.
No matter how willing Kiara is to fly to JP, she is still limited by her visa and RL matters. For example, if her recording session is delayed, can she stay there 3 months straight without knowing when she can record again? Of course she can't.

This is the real reason she needs to move to Japan. Networking. Turns out Cover is just as sluggish as any other big corpo now and she literally has to be there and nag the people herself and know which staff member is responsible for what and talk to them to get things done.
Suisei even said before that she made an effort to remember all the staffs names before, so pretty much have to go into the fray and become the manager yourself.
