As many have said NijiEN is a good starting point. They have been great so far and their chemistry is really refreshing to see especially if you're coming from HoloEN. If you wanna get more into Niji culture, I recommend going for the old clips from 2019/early 2020 (during the golden age of nijiclippers). I'm sure there are some playlists around for these clips, almost every channel that used to clip Nijisanji either stopped or switched to holos, so you won't find new stuff that much.
