Here's what actually happened. Anycolor financial year ends in April so higher up management tried to rush through the concert for NijiEN within the current financial year so the profits from the concert would show on this years financial results. All the japanese people below them just say yes sir even though they know it's impossible to get it done in time. They announce the concert even though it's impossible to get it done in time. A week or so later someone finally has the balls to stop being a yes man and tell their boss it's just impossible and they won't be able to do it. Upper management says quick come up with some excuse about COVID delaying things instead of admitting we fucked up and tried for an unrealistic schedule.
