The average Holostar does have higher English than the average JP Holo, but it depends on which one. Miyabi and Oga have basically no knowledge of English, thr rest of them have dabbled in it and can understand some basic stuff. Astel's English has improved but he mainly remembers specific words and phrases, I think Aruran has better English than Astel. The Holostars with the best English by far are Izuru and Temma, but Izuru barely uses his English and doesn't like EOP pandering so Temma is the best by default.
