Gura and Mori have more SOUL when speaking in a country accent.

Ina's westernized Korean accent has more SOUL than a standard English accent.

Kronii's voice is good, it's just that her personality is a bit soulless at times.

Okayu's smooth voice is mostly sex, although the higher she pitches it the more I lose interest.

Ange, Towa and Kanatan have good bokuko voices even if the latter debuff themselves by trying to be cutesy.

Shion's voice is decent, much better than if she went full mickey mouse.

Sugar Lyric's Rene is the queen of sexy bokuko voices, and sounds really pleasant at all times.

Even snuffy has a better chuba voice than generic soulless high pitched woman voice.

High voices only really work well with a certain character type and styles of performance. Coco, Pekora, Marine and Korone can do them justice because they're comedians playing caricatures of themselves. But then you've got chubas like Aqua, who's high pitched voice comes off as outright cringe duribg the umisea webtoons when she's the only one speaking and nothing else is distracting you from it.

As a rule of thumb: if you're not playing the bokke to chat's tsukkomi, a fake voice is worse than just getting good at better projecting your personality with your real voice.
