Even that's not something that I'd call realistic. Kiara had the commonest of colds for two days, then flew out to Japan and met up with a bunch of girls from Wednesday to Friday. The incubation period for a cold is between 24 and 72 hours, so if by any chance everyone who got sick started showing symptoms at the latest possible time, it would have been straight after Fes has ended, so most of the celebratory streams and meetups would have never happened in the first place. But nobody had issues both during and directly after Fes, which rules that point of contact out.
The chances of the virus going through sunch convenient mutations in Kiara's body to cause different syptoms AND have a lomger incubation period is so infinitely small, it doesn't have to be considered. Life isn't like Plague Inc.
Also not only the talents have been dying, but even some of the fans, with which Kiara had no contact with, so it's again infinitely more likely that some random staff-san met a sick fan during Fes and spread the sickness around the talents that started rearing its head on Wednesday.
In short, schizos are retarded as usual.
