Seems so, everything is the same. Mouth, eyes, eye shading, nose, small eye fold things, chin. Only thing they changed is the iris (line instead of dot) and the light dot formation in the eyes.

I doubt gura's mama is the artist because this looks like hot garbage compared to gura and kana. the hair shading is almost a dead giveaway that this isn't the same artist, this is far below what nacho is capable of. also if you check their twitter she mentions both her children, one would think she would mention her third child too if she had one
