I have memberships to every holo I enjoy and I donate like 10 bucks when they have major streams like birthdays or milestones which is barely a drop of my income. But I'm rather wealthy. Honestly I just do it because if everyone had a "FREE ENTERTAINEMENT" mentality they probably wouldn't be able to keep streaming even though they're making 1000s of dollars now.
Schizo coomers who donate their life savings for attention should be jailed in poor houses though.

I do it pretty regularly. I dropped a $500 on the kiryu coco return stream. That was the only time i ever did that much and i basically gave up my next gen console money for that.

Understandable. But I think if a girl is getting so many donations thats she cant read them, then she doesnt really need mine added to it.

They should have some kind of benchmark where if you donate a certain amount, you can be sure your message will be read. If its a a purple or red superchat, it should be getting read, period. They could totally manage to read just those superchats at the end of stream. It would take maybe ten minutes to, you know, acknowledge the people who are paying your bills.

>>951296 Case in point. Ignoring red superchats is pure bullshit. They get a handful of those in a stream. There is no reason those shouldnt be getting read. look, I would tirade about your personal choice of throwing your hard-earned money at virtual personalities you'll neither ever meet nor understand (most likely, no offense), but I sincerely have to admit it would be jealousy.
Watame is also a nice pick. Call her fake all you want, she still regularily spends a third of her day on her PC for your entertainment, as well as spending even more hours practicing singing for the same purpose.
Also you finance my hobby.

I don't regularily spend.
Only if it actually enhances the stream.
I've SCed several times a stream (2€s each) when Miko streamed DDLC to roleplay as Monika for a laff, did the same with Kanata.
Then after Miko recovered and did her two years anniversary late, I gave her the 35,35€s of appreciation for her content, since she often did callouts to me without even spending any money back in her lesser known days with like 900 watching, 450 of those EOPs.
Feels nice to have someone enjoy your comments, I never thought I'd feel emotions like that. Rationally thinking all of those were really dumb donations and I got nothing from it, but eh. Won't die from it.

The only other chuuba I considered SCing so far was Senchou because she really deserves the success, but she has enough fans already and seems tired often, so I just pump watchtime whenever I can.
