Yeah it is. It's serious FOTM, she plays solidly in the highest tier of lobbies with pros, and she knows a ton of the big names who also love playing with her because good healers are strangely rare.
When she's not playing with pros, she's on an alt carrying big flesh streamers like Sykkuno while chatting it up the whole time.

For Ina it's art and music (she is pro artist aside from streaming), for Gura it's music and streaming in general because she was already well known streaming before HoloEN and a rhythm games autist along that, Kiara is former irl streamer, cosplayer, and a massive weeb, while Calli is hard working musician, oldfag (she used to post on /a/ and /jp/ a lot), and a massive weeb, who also got lucky over her own friend who actually wanted to be in her place in HoloEN.
