Yes.
Noel - the most popular ASMR vtuber in the world (and the best IMO).
Nice voice, good variety in games, good sense of humour and really good at maintaining a conversation (which is why she has so few EOPs).
Rushia - Most SC'ed YouTuber with Coco gone.
Everyone knows her for her GFE experience stuff, but she actually can be really witty and funny, which is really interesting when you combine it with her clumsiness.
Marine - We all know how popular she is.
The queen of collabs, full of creative ideas and also really good at maintaining conversations.
Flare - The biggest otaku of Hololive. Her anime knowledge (besides mecha) is impressive. She also shines really well in smaller collabs. Her utawakus (especially with Patra) are great. Also can be really witty.
Pekora - We also all know how popular she is.
Her streams always feel exciting as you don't know what is going to happen next. So many iconic Hololive moments involve her. Really good at gettimg her audience invested in games.
I could go on as this only really scratches the surface of the magic of 三期生

Flare is based and has good taste in games. Noel's autism for audio equipment, Souls games, and recently Zelda games are endearing enough. Pekora's constant kayfabe filters me. Marine's coomer jokes also filter me. Rushia is kind of boring. 6/10 generation overall. Also, as someone who thinks the Myth and Council lore is cringekino, they should have leaned into the HoloFantasy theme more.

my oshi isn't in gen 3 but I have to admit, that when compared to other generations, 3rd really does have the whole package.
Still remember being amazed that I was genuinely interested in all of them back when they debuted, as I usually only followed 1-2 per "gen" up until that point.

Noel has more otaku knowledge than Marine. Marine mostly likes mainstream stuff (not that there is anything wrong with that since it will appeal to a wider audience) where as Noel likes all sorts of niche mecha shows.
Noel can also talk about literally any topic from weird philosophies to science to gravure idols to old NND memes to sound equipment, just because she isn't loud doesn't mean she is boring.
Also you can't say she just has her ASMR when she is the number 1 ASMR vtuber in the world.
Flare is the biggest otaku in Hololive and also a great conversationalist who can be extremely witty at times and she shines in smaller collabs like bakatare and minecraft autism.

Yeah both Flare and Noel know touhou lore just as well as Marine and Flare knows the doujin circles just as well.
People in the west don't realize just how big touhou was in the early to mid 2010s in Japan and especially on NND, it was basically mainstream there.

Most of her Otaku interests come from her time when she was in middle school and high school.
