So about her communication problem, I think the effect of anxiety is too strong on her. Still this feeling is usually restrained to people still studying since they have lots of time. I hope Nade can overcome this and become friends with more people.

Theres also stuff to consider like the tummy, thigh skindentation with the stockings etc. But i don't mean to make it smutty, these are just mix and match options. If every detail is uoh then it just distracts from one another and become less special.

So, what realistic option for artist and rigger Nade has? It seems obvious she does not want to keep using k4gatsu services, otherwise it would be a no-brainer. It's also my understanding that she at least tried to mingle with the group of vtubers related to k4gatsu and didn't felt comfortable.
I would really like some artist that can do something closer to her style, but on a more professional level obviously.

Finding a rigger will be easy, but finding an artist she likes probably not so much. Id suggest she starts looking small/medium size vtubers to see if she finds any that she likes looks wise and then just check if the artist is up for making her an avatar.

This is why someone suggested Shigu since Shigu's taste does fall within Nade's taste and Shigu has made her own live2d and rigged it herself. Rigging it yourself is not recommended because it is very time consuming. She is actually working on a live2d for another indie and she is around Nade's age so it takes out some of the worry of working with someone older then Nade.

Finally Shigu is a degerate who 100% understands Nade's desire to be Cute and Funny as well as insisting certain body parts be as lewd as possible.

Just don't get carried away with that, or you lose the gap moe. And that gap is insulation - it might get harder to do the kind of content you want if your initial impression is too locked into a quirky archetype.
I.e. it's easy to present a chill image and act like a memelord, but it's hard to present a memelord image and then do anything chill.

That’s a very good build price to performance wise, if it was pre - chip shortage. I wonder what it will be now in Japan, if she would give us her budget and a jp website where pcs are sold, we could probably narrow it down for her. For something close. I looked at JP Amazon a week or so ago for pre-builts to gouge the prices. I’m not too sure on nadebros experience to built pcs.

Also I’d probably go for 1tb ssd, than a hdd combo if I built it from scratch. 250 + 1000 variant was what I built my own system, but something like intel p660 1tb nvme goes for around 115 euro here, which is what I swapped to, since Samsung evos are substantially more expensive.
