It allowed for the west catch up with the whole being a vtuber gimmick and now every other faggot uses an anime avatar. Therefore an overall quality drastically decreased and it reflects on Hololive. EN being the most popular branch didn't help.

Youtube was never meant to be a streaming plateform, japs just migrated there from NicoNicoDouga because that's the only other thing they knew, but Twitch always have been THE best option by far for streaming. Staying on youtube just make you isolated and the algo is garbage not to mention the "changes" directly harming both view numbers and subs. Moving to Twitch early would have made them so much bigger than they are now and better quality overall.
