I'd say Uto would be lawful evil. She's a manipulative and tricky leech but she's very effective at it and working with a bigger corporation in the shadows while doing so. Seems fitting.

Artia seems to be the best fit. She's repeatedly tried to play both sides and selfishly backstabbed others. First between china and hololive, then with the other ex-HoloCN by dumping their dirty secrets. It never worked in her favor but still.

Artia very much is though. She's got the selfish sociopathy and betrayal that is Neutral Evil's hallmark down pat. I suppose that she could be seen as Chaotic Evil since she just stabs so many people in the back.
Perhaps Indies are better for representing the chaotic element due to the individualism and freedom.
