Gura - American zoomer Aqua. Dumb, popular, cute, thin skinned, a bit of a pushover. Not toally chaotic but entertaining. Gets big sponsorships. Appeals to different cultural sensibilities (Aqua - helpess autist Gura - sassy zoomer)
Ame - EN Coco / Chammers. The creative one. Doesn't prepare as thoroughly as Coco did isn't doesnt have the comedic instinct w/r/t scuff that Chammers does. Obviously a lot more shy than either.
Kiara - Flare with a bit of Nene. Underrated, demanding, design debuff, but actually a loveable goofball if you're not filtered. Small but loyal fanbase.
Ina - Robocco with art instead of singing. Relaxing, comfy, charming.
Mori - .. kinda unique. Not really anyone like her in JP.
IRyS - like a mix of sora, aki and mel, maybe?
Mumei - EN Ayame with a pinch of Aqua.
Kronii - Still figuring this one out. Her pandering to fans and overused memes reminds me of Rushia and Kanata a little, bit obviously those are poor fits.
Sana - a little but fubuki, a little bit nene, maybe even a little bit Korone.

Mori is a stiffer Suisei who raps instead of holding concerts. From struggling on their lives before hololive, more musically inclined in terms of content, has collaborated with men from other media, and their crudeness
Kronii feels like a more memetic Okayu so far, since she seems to be leaning more on the gaming aspect and has a generally pleasing voice but initially lacks the confidence on it (at least for Kronii as she hesitates doing a public karaoke)
