Kiara loved her jpop and idol stuff, and atill likes idols, but has moved on with the times to kpop fully. Shenhas many times said that Japan is fun and she still likes it, but would never live there given that she will always feel like a forgeiner and living in her home country is more comfortable. She doesn't hate or dislike Japanese culture, but isn't blindly in love with everything.
I think Mint (talking out of my ass more) still has her spark for jpop idol music and her interests are more in line and a good in-between music-wise of FWMC and Kiara.
FWMC on the other hand have forgone literally all western convention completely, which sometimes alienates them from EN collabs when they can' connect over anything at all. The zoomer stuff from the OP example for Fauna is them, but even going all the way back to the 00's, to the point where they don't even know (or pretend not to) anything that your almost every child in NA would know instantly. I noticed that while playing Hogwarts Legacy a lot of girls ended up in Slytherin because choosed Ambitions as their main characteristic. Ame let Gigi handhold her through EnReco and Fauna likes her, too, jumping at the opportunity to invite her to everything. Both of them also think FuwaMoco are adorable and Fauna is old friends with Cecilia. I think the new gens driving them away is pretty much impossible.

Also, I've come to like Fauna a lot this past year, but the reality is HoloEN barely existed before Advent. Myth and Promise barely stream nowadays, and let's be honest, they didn't stream much in the past either. Advent and Justice seem like they know what Hololive is and are enthusiastic to be there, most of them are super active and try to get along with everyone. Myth and Promise feel like an experiment that half of them regret.

Before Advent, NijiEN was unironically better than HoloEN.
