Depends on the location management is going with since hololive en is struggling to sell out the Atlanta Concert which limits option to just LA or New York desu. In LA and New York holo is competing with mainstream audiences for bigger concert space and venue organizers would rather go with generic pop stars then risk anime girls desu. In the end Mori means well but she to used to japan and how they treat vtubers as actually celebrities.

I'm quite certain that already very soon after the studio finished Cover itself has said in some message to investors or other that the number of competent staff is the primary bottleneck because they thought they could just hire TV crews or something but it turned out that a lot of the skills don't transfer to work with mo-cap and actual mo-cap professionals are very few and far in between. So they're forced to train new crews from scratch and there's only so many tutors to go around when they also have a queue of 3D stuff that need shooting.
