I don't think the Sana atmosphere would be breathable even in a best case scenario. At that scale I believe that any atmosphere that might form would be quickly saturated with her sweat.
Her physics in general definitely don't make sense if not for the fact that she's a goddess which then means that literally anything is plausible.

But I just had a massive revelation as to why she's got tanned skin: Sana is physically exposed to the elements of space and has spent a lot of time around stars so the radiation is tanning her. The most important thing about unbound Sana isn't her size, it's her mass. If Sana has a mass, it would easily explain why she destroys the Earth upon unbounding. As someone with metal hair it takes quite a bit of work. You need both soft brushes and comb brushes. Soft brushes clean your hair and detangle the knots. Comb brushes get the knots your soft brush can't get. Also you need good shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo for cleaning. Conditioner for keeping the hair soft and free of tangles. You also have to be careful when drying your hair. Normally you let your hair drip dry in a towel to prevent knotting. And brushing wet hair to clean knots is not fun. There is a hair dryer. But I'm ginger so dryers harm my hair more than dry it out.

Having long hair isn't sunshine and roses. If you sweat lots it makes your hair oily and grose. Plus high wind can throw it in your face. And oily sweaty hair in eyes is not fun. Not to mention if you swim in chlorinated water shampoo is a must have after showers. I let my hair grow because the salons were appointment only. And long-haired gingers are rare. Not trans. Just like headbanging.

They did. She had continually pulled 9k without any decline at all between each stream. Was very consistent. I think the consistency showed her to have a very dedicated fanbase. The only drop was when she moved the time.
