I'm starting to see why Cover recruited former idols for FlowGlow. They know the entertainment game. They know how to shill merch, don't need to be forced to do to idol training, know how to protect the company brand, and are used to an insane work schedule. The cherry on top is that they have a higher base singing and dancing level upon entry. Cover's old model was hiring streamers and teach them to be idols. Their new model is probably targeting idols and teach them to be streamers. It probably saves Cover money on idol training since they don't need to teach a complete novice from the ground up.

They're still not even close to a majority of the fanbase.
But if a concert sells out, a concert sells out and the cycle continues.
A product selling will result in more of that product, even if it is generally not liked, if it sells it's whole stock in a period, more of that shit will get made.
It's why absolutely garbage companies like Belkin and Seagate exist - subpar cheap shit that retards buy up and the cycle continues.
More people get tricked in to buying the garbage every year, or companies buy up the cheap HDDs they make for RAID servers.
Hololive aren't close to that, but they could easily trend towards that with time if they are not careful.
