If they're claiming they have more work and yet outputting less then it's Management's fault. Management requiring hundreds of takes and clearly mismanaging time, the girls only put on two major shows a year and that can't take 6 months to record. Fauna was in what, 3 songs + BD + Bright Parade at Breaking Dimensions? Can't take that long to record. Also, for example, no ENs are recording 3D for TV commercials or special promos like JP, Gura's Dodger collab was her L2D on a screen. So where are the extra man hours being spent?
The only other option is that the girls are using it as an excuse, don't want to or have given up on being idols, and want to go back to coasting as indies and balancing a real job. I can't really think of anything besides those two paradigms.
