You are going about this the wrong way.
Mori manages to combine a niche (producing JP-EN rap music) with the ability to improve production value herself (mastering, videomaking or even animation) on top of having high outreach and lots of collaboration opportunities through Hololive, and is probably one of the most willing people to go through the annoying process of getting music produced through HoloEN (you can hear what Kiara and Ame think about that process in Kiara's MK practice stream).
If someone wants a rap segment in their original song collab or do a cover such as Getcha or Wah Wah World with rap in it, Mori is the most likely to provide it. Yes, I know, Reflect and AiDee exist...

People definitely do - chuuni rap is popular - even if its awkward.

The problem with Calli's rap is that she has the germ of an idea for a decent rhyme and meaning, but adds too many syllables or concepts in a verse which causes it to be rapped very clumsily and is slightly off the beat/makes it sound awkward. I think if she just had a co-writer or someone to do a 2nd pass on the lyrics it would be much more tolerable but she is very much a control freak when it comes to her music it seems.

regardless of how i feel about her music though, Im impressed and happy for her success just by virtue of the fact that Calli actually gets shit out and is constantly working to produce her craft and share her heart with the world. and most people dont even try to push out one song. since she began as her former persona she's always been like that. i can hate her all i want but the fact of the matter is shes actually doing shit, which is more than I can say for most people.
