IMO weed is not even worth it, it's ... not that impressive an effect to me really, very overrated and was glorified because it was a forbidden fruit for decades and people thought they were freedom fighters arguing to legalize it. now I see they were right, it's pretty harmless and doesn't merit being considered the same as like, heroin. but it's also not that impressive either. either that or people need to get high to feel like how I normally feel all the time apparently, I guess for people with actual anxiety/stress it could help.

And I like beer and scotch quite a bit actually, I am not one of those pretentious nerds about these things. Weed is harmless basically. I was with some friends once and one of them brought some, and honestly it was so bad, you know what burning plastic smells like, it tasted like that. I found out afterwards he took a bunch of different cigarette brands and took the tobacco out of it and mixed it all together (no wonder it tasted like plastic, cuz cigarettes don't have pure tobacco in them).
