I used a level 50 ranged worker (Brat) with a stat spread of 30/25 HP/Atk. Since all enemies will aggro on you after a win, you want to lose purposefully everytime you win. On the highest difficulty, just spam retreat until there are like 1 or 2 enemies, then fight them and use your special. You'll win most of the time and will earn 100k each win.

Limiter's only good if your character has synergy with the stat, injection's downside is too heavy unless you can negate it or have absurd amounts of healing, same for paw. Piggy bank just seems completely worthless, There's probably a Risu or Azki build that uses it to get absurd amounts of coins but I'm not aware of it.

Just ban the items you don't need and build accordingly. Lucking out Kaela item and credit card earlier helps you to snowball things in your favour. Also you only need to invest 6 level ups because you can usea coin to delete the Blacksmith Gear from the level up chart and then upgrade later with the surplus of anvils.

Random thoughts from a genuine retard:

Being able to filter out 20 things in the armory feels like a bit much, though it's probably partly necessary as the number of items increases and it's either this or adding a lot more eliminations.
I feel like everyone else is down on the tiara, but to me that helps mitigate a lot of stamp RNG and it's one of the few haste items with no real downside.
The amount of benefit you get from grinds (fan letters and prisms) seems to be ramping up. Yeah, sure, you get like 1% per letter, but there are a lot of letters and they add up. I avoided food buffs before but this stuff doesn't require upkeep.

So like, the middle three always seem to be the highest possible level (+2 of your skill, or just L8 once you pass that point), the bottom left gang of six hangs around L2-4, yeah.

It's definitely pit fighting. I gathered this info over several posts in these threads and found that it worked pretty well for myself.
- Use a ranged fighter. I use a platinum Onigiriya I have in the worker's pen at maximum level which is like 47. I trained him evenly on ATK and HP, don't know if there's a more efficient ratio.
- The fight strat is to keep using the retreat command, you want to stay away while the opponents fight each other (the "get item" command can also be useful to get your guy away sometimes). Once they're mostly dead or weak you can finish them off, use your special if you need to.
- The above works reliably on Veteran, I never lost a fight on that level. But on Champion it's not as reliable because opponents can use their specials and sometimes it's impossible to avoid getting hit. You should still win more often than not though.
- The AI seems to be coded to gang up on you on your next fight after a win. So after every win remember to set up a Beginner fight with minimum bet and send a weak fighter to lose and reset the AI behavior.
- With the maximum bet of 50k on Champion and a payout of 3x you can make 100k in one fight which takes like a minute. This screenshot is after I already spent a million on the rabbit's foot thing to increase fan letter drop rates.

Gura and Fubuki are dodge tanks and arguably tankier than standard tanks in the early game of harder stages, since the dodge comes with invuln and/or speed to avoid being burst down, reposition to safety, etc
You can reasonably call characters like Sora, Fauna, Watame heal or lifesteal tanks based on the kits
Anya gets 50% damage reduction and 20% max HP regen/sec by going afk and is incentivized to go melee

With Beetle her Fire Magic can still kill minute 14 mobs, but any further than that and either your collabs kill them first or it just lacks damage to kill.

Well here's a fact: You can't clear all the courses with only 1 worker, you need 3.
1 for land races
1 for swim races
1 for last course since it combines both dirt and pool at similar distance

If you value consistency, then just do math.
With initial max 1k chips you get 2k return, then use the 2k to get 6k return, and use 5k of it to get however your math can get you to with Endless.
Use those chips to strengthen your Ranged worker a bit, then go ham in Veteran Match first for 15k return.
After you trained your Ranged worker to max then you can start farming Champion Match.

It used to be Fubuki, you can just stack Spd and outrun the YAGOOs but Stage 3&4 made it impossible to do. Should still be able to do it on Stage 5 though.
For Stage 4H it should be either Watame or Noel, the former because she's the current best healer and latter because she gets so many Damage Reduction on top of 10s invulnerability special.

A coin farmer with her iconic gambling gimmicks, but sometimes can feel lacking because her kit doesn't have much to say for mobility/tankyness/sustain. Can reach very high damage numbers with her money scaling though - 7/10 (5/10 normally but money farm bonus)

>Marine
Another money farmer but damn-near objectively better, and can also rake in the highest amounts of money in the game. Definitely will NOT win any late game scaling awards, but can still get enough sustain from her coin heals. Special is shit so feel free to grab soda on her - 9/10 (8/10 without the coinfarm)

>Flare
The patch's "early game" character, bettle + her fire skill alone will basically give you a free trip to 15 minutes even with the worst luck ever on any map. Past that though she suffers because her late scaling isn't anything to write home about, and doesn't really have much for sustain/tank. 6/10

>Noel
I think everyone has figured out at this point that she's hysterically broken, strongest overall character in the game. infinite scaling that also gives damage on top of it, enough said really (11/10)

A stop-go character is a cute idea in theory, but ends up feeling kind of awkward, and most people ignore the spd buff on her and just use biboo stamp and sit still. Despite the kit sometimes feeling awkward, still gets a mountain of damage just from parking on her fat ass so in the end can still clear most things - 6/10

>Watame
This character is the definition of that up-down graph, where people will go "HEALING SCALING SHE'S OP" to "noob trap character like fauna" but unlike Fauna she loops back to "HEALING SCALING SHE'S OP" - obviously needs specific items but once you got the setup she can hang out with hardmode halu hordes. Awakened attack is funny but worthless (not that it matters) - 8/10

>Towa
The curse of the gun character AND the curse of the special-reliant characters comes down on her hard. She can definitely drill down a boss in 2 seconds with her setup fully ready, but that is literally it. shame she's so weak since the BRRRRAT of her gun special is pretty fun - 3/10

>Coco
All the Yakuza gimmicks are a fun little minigame, that overall amount to not much at all, leaving her as one of the weakest characters... until you learn the asacoco passive, which skyrockets her to having some of the most raw power in the game, one single passive gives her a free +100% atk at all times and lifesteal so high she'll occasionally out-heal the actual healing characters - 9/10

Took me about 5 hours, including resetting 2 hours of progress because of wasting checkpoints early, but I'm glad I did. Not so much needed against losing tons of progress, but there are some annoying jumps later on where I definitely would have given up if I couldn't retry them in quick succession.

A cosmetic for the house is a different thing and that would have been fine or something that affects the side games would also be fine. But an item in the main game would make it the first item not attainable from the main game itself, and 99 % of those items are simple to get, i.e. they do not lock you out.
