You can't commit very many crimes against humanity in CDDA, the NPCs are still very barebones.
Also CDDA is the shitty old version, the new hotness is or C:BN Cataclysm: Bright Nights.
Don't let the name fool you, it's not any easier. It cuts out some of the poorly implemented recent additions (with plans to reintroduce most of them once they're actually functional) and is far more mod friendly. Not that it takes much, CDDA is outright hostile to modders who aren't friends with fucking Kevin.

A lot of people who stream or play RTS games at a highish level are cunts, unfortunately.
I don't know about stuff like Starcraft since I never cared for it much (way too much focus on micro at the expense of macro) but stuff like Steel Division is a disgrace.
Main exception I know of is ShadowFury who does casts for Zero K but he seems to be the exception and he's not very active.

You know how porn has a long-standing tendency to recruit damaged, insecure women, and make it difficult to get out?

I want a vtuber company to do that to girls in Japan, but not make them do porn, I want them to do vtubing. I want them to pretend to be a porn studio though, in everything but the explicit wording, as they use their usual tactics. I want the girls to feel the dread of what they anticipate a dramatic change in the way they themselves and society view them, for the sake of a lifeline.

I want them to bring them into the studio, where they will be told to undress in a shoddy room with a couch, before they cart in the rack of 3D latex mocap suits, and are told to put them on. When it's done, they are separated and each is sent into a separate room, alone. The last thing they are told is that customers will be watching and that they want to get to know you a little.

The screens turn on, and then they see a rough approximation of their appearances appear on a large screen as vtuber models, and realize they're moving in accordance with the mocap suits. The girls are dressed like idols, up on a bright, shining stage, with thousands of warm, happy smiles looking up at "them"; representations of the users in the chat room of their stream. At once, they all congratulate the girl on her debut, as the stage lights flash with an introduction of a new virtual idol; her.

She would be prompted to take a seat in front of the PC setup there, and the view would switch to her Live2D, where the audience there tells her they all pitched in to make this debut possible. She sees Superchats come in, all with warm, heart-filled messages promising to stay with her here.

And then Minecraft boots up on the PC and she is told that the door behind her won't until she has plays it for 5 continuous hours

TRPG/boardgame vtuber waifu.

Stream ideas - Aside from actually playing you would be Reading splats, making stories, writing arcs ,npc building, model painting and world building streams. There are a infinite number of games to learn and read and play.

TRPG's are picking up traction in Japan. There are a couple small time Call of Cthulhu games on jp tube but they are wacky.

I could do all of these potentially, but I've never really thought about becoming a VTuber until recently. I'm a software engineer and have been project lead professionally so I think I have enough verbal skills to do so, but I'm also a guy. VTubing seems as something where it's really difficult for a male to succeed in. These are all genres/hobbies I enjoy on my free time. I live in Japan, I speak enough Japanese for interaction. I even already stream without a VTubing setup. Even so I'm still having second thoughts about actually making a jump and auditioning for Stars, Niji EN or being indie or whatever.

Maybe people that have enough to fill niche voids don't focus on VTubing. Thanks for listening to my 200 word TED talk.
