Not easy to do complete improv if you're not used to it. But that's also dependent on the people she's roleplaying with. Not to say that the other girls did poorly during ENreco, only that the chemistry wasn't quite there for since there was no direction from staff. I can imagine theater kids having issue as well since they're more than likely used to following a script with a linear story.
