Highly doubt it. While Nijisanji are known to give little attention to their non-main branches, KR in general is still a fucking deadzone for vtubing.
Koreans are all about "real image" (I use real jokingly here, given their plastic surgery obsession), so watching vtubers doesn't really appeal to the majority of them.
It's a shame because some of them are legit fun. The more popular ones tend to be incredibly niche or speak multiple languages.
