if you like fuwa and know japanese (or at least like the idea of listening to fuwa speaking really softly for long periods of time) i recommend him. at least once a month he does a members-only zatsudan where he turns off the bgm and just chats with everyone, and i'm usually pretty good at avoiding parasocial feelings, but i'm such a sucker for how it feels like he's talking directly to you. he's also sung on mengen before, but it's not common.

I have memberships for Kanakana and Leos and I can recommend both. Kanae does mostly singing streams where he practices but recently he has done a mengen stream nearly every week. Leos does Zatsudan, drawing streams and sometimes plays games but he said that he doesn't want to do membership only games. Also he speaks with a more softer voice in Mengen and I am gay for that.

anons, I’ve been finding myself getting into Eden-gumi quite a lot recently…
I started out watching Leos and his makaimura endurance stream after debut, stuck out with him for a bit, but then I started branching out and getting charmed by Oliver’s English as well, and after that I watched a clip of their collabs and saw how well the group meshed together so I ended up subbing to everyone and started watching Axia and his game streams as well. I haven’t watched Lauren and Lain much though since their streams haven’t really caught my mind yet but they seem to be really fun peeps in collabs so far

Lately new niji debuts have been doing really well like the EN waves so I’m having high hopes for future debuts as well, especially the male EN wave since they’ll most likely be the 1st major corpo male EN vtuber unit, hopefully they can achieve the same type of group dynamic Eden-gumi and the EN waves did.

I'd like to be surprised by male ENs because I don't know what to expect, but I've been enjoying Edengumi too. For Lauren I recommend any collab with Axia, he does have a lot of Apex but it's basically like a zatsudan. I watched the among us clip a while back and it was gold, I really should go watch the full stream as well lol. Last night’s HFF collab was pretty fun too and Oliver’s Pico Park international collab a few days back was full of golden moments plus he really gets to flex his eigo as well.

Don’t worry about fujos shipping them. Their collabs are really just two friends getting excited about games (and even had some talking about (animu) girls in the last minecraft collab). Also, since them being decided was initially decided by management and they didn’t know each other before, you can also watch them get to know each other and become close friends which imo is really heartwarming.
