I dont think vtubers are popular enough for South Park to shit on. But then again, neither is any kind of pop culture. When the show was new, and throughout the 00s and early 10s, pop culture was still a thing. We don't really have pop culture anymore, we have pop cultures. There's nothing that's universally popular. Everyone is isolated in their own little communities.
But yeah, it would probably be a whole episode about voice changers.

Have they even tackled streaming properly? If anything it would just be a twitch streamer thing, not vtuber specific.
