Well, apparently the reason the time got changed and RBC had to drop was because EN/ID claimed the timeslot a few hours before JP did, so I guess Cover doesn't want them to overlap.
I would have enjoyed a MK8 stream from Twap, but she didn't actually want it to be super competitive, and I enjoyed the streams we did get anyway.
