I am new to Vtubers. In terms of music I like dreampop and shoegaze. In terms of anime/manga, I like Hunter x Hunter, NGE, Hyouka, Honey and Clover, FLCL, GitS, LoGH, Demon Slayer and the best manga I have read recently is Soloist in the Cage.
In terms of vidya, I like FromSoft games, JRPGs like SMT, Persona, KH and DQ. I like DMC and Bayo, in terms of kino I like Suda51 games, Vanillaware games (13 Sentinels GOTY 2020) and my favorite series is MGS (1-4).

Have you tried just searching <Game> + vtuber on the youtube and just start watching streams or clips like that? Your anime taste is kind of basic, almost non-normalfag vtuber knows those and mentions them on debut, except maybe LoGH. Fitting your taste in music in the vtuber space is the hardest thing about your post.

Just browse a bit, watch clips, and if a streamer catches your attention while live then go ahead. It took me months to find my oshi.

If you're not trolling, try asking in every group generals or some indie generals if you prefer the more niche audiences. As much as I dont like ENvtubers, theyre probably the best place to start, and then you can slowly explore the Japanese branches. If you can't find the Hololive general its because its posted in Katakana.

We have more or less the same taste in games and I like Gura, Kronii, and Selen a lot so far, so maybe try them out. Then again I don't think that makes a difference since none of them actually play those games (yet anyway.) It's really all about personality, so my actual advice is just catch some streams/watch some clips, decide who presses your buttons the most and watch her.

Theres this party game called Project Winter, kinda like Among Us but instead of discussing and voting people out, you can brute force your way through and win. She is objectively among the best vtuber if not the best in that game, and that golden axe is her signature weapon. That and her occasionally psychopathic behaviour earns her the nickname Suicopath, which she embraces by having it as one of her member only emotes and she sometimes use of fanarts that depicts her as a psychopathic killer as her stream thumbnail. Aside from werewolf type games she is also a good Tetris and Mario Kart player, also a decent singer.
