Before the diet I lived on takeout and full sugar coke, bong coke granted so not as bad as burger coke, but still way too much sugar. Last time I weighed myself (a long time ago, granted, I have no idea how much I weigh now) I was 300lbs, so all I have to do to shed weight is count calories and stick to under 2500cal.
My current daily goal is -2lbs a week at 1950cals, but I personally stick to 1800. I switched to 0cal soda (7up free and Dr Pepper Zero primarily) and I make enough money to live mostly on sandwiches and microwave meals so I have all of my numbers laid out in advance. I fill out the extra calories to stay consistent with cereal bars, normally about 200cals a piece and I try to get the increased protein ones.

Everyone should exercise because it's good for you, but if a fat person keeps their same diet and goes to the gym even as much as 5 days a week, they're not gonna be satisfied with the results.
