I have a vsinger that I like, and as far as I can tell she has no intention of becoming mainstream, but maybe I could be mistaken about that. In Suisei's case, from what I know she has been vocal about her desire to perform in Budokan.
This probably sounds selfish, but I hope the vsinger that I like won't become mainstream or at least she won't be too big. Maybe, there's a bit of gatekeeping motive, because too many people will make it less intimate I guess and I supposed there will be less streams if she becomes too busy, but I'm happy when more people listen to her singing. Yeah, I know what I said is contradictory.
But looking at most modern singers..I truly dislike the idea of her becoming mainstream. I dislike the ideas of that vsinger changing, chasing numbers, networking for the sake of networking, and being a sellout. Fame can change people after all. This is cliché and possibly sound naive, but I like it when people do things for their love with that specific thing. Also, if she change I will probably feel abandoned because the person that I like is the current version.
