Most people don't have the technical expertise to just turn off Windows updates and go through the hassle with tools that mess with Windows service, policies and uninstalling shit. There is also installing Windows 11 Enterprise (IOT) to stop it which requires going to the high seas and using KMS autoservices to keep it running.
It's just too much and as far as I am concerned, none of the Vtuber space has chuubas get work mandated computing hardware that some IT person managed with manged Windows which would solve issues like this.
