The original The Last of Us allows for Japanese subtitles and English voices, like Detroit, meking it good for both JOPs and EOP/ESL.
Leaving aside my hatred of the Kiwami versions, I'd also say the Yakuza games (on PS4 there's 0/Kiwami/Kiwami 2/6/Remastered Collection). While following all the details would be harder for kaigai, these games are known well enough that I do not believe it would hurt to play them entirely on Japanese; still, these games also allow for Japanese voices and English texts.
I do not like Nier, but I also believe they are good for viewership.
