She was saying hololive isn't a fairy tale and takes hard work. A lot of people joining hololive don't understand how much work is expected of you by a japanese company. Kiara who has worked for jap idol companies before knew what to expect. But a lot of western girls just do not.
There's obviously issues between holo councils girls with Kiara and Calli talking about it. But they said they had similar issues when they started and the difference now is that council has myth to give them tips and mentor them through it. It's always a rough start but myth will support council until they can do it themselves.
The way Kiara was talking, one or more of the girls was having mental issues and she mentioned about not being able to choose what your character looks like and there's probably a chance a Council girl just doesn't like the look of their character.
