Connecting the dots she's provided and paying special attention to what's she's chosen to emphasize, I am able conclude the following:
Living in accordance to a series of currently incompatible schedules and trying to navigate between the dissonance is probably what's affecting her the most right now.
>Her schedule for performance/event work (strict, involves traveling and is generally inflexible)
>Her schedule for personal relationships/interests (irregular, unstructured, and thus always potentially at odds with her other schedules)
>Her schedule for professional relationships
>Her schedule as a streamer

Note that Kiara actually likes having schedules and has said so herself.
She likes that her streamer schedule, her job, is flexible compared to other types of living.
But four years in, I really think that a subconscious understanding that "the schedule" is only getting more and more untenable, and that her future at at any given point is just going to be about more meetings and schedulings, is really doing a number on her and how she perceives the activities themselves.
It's eating away at her motivation, especially given how stubborn she is and how she feels "guilty" about needing to undercut from one thing to be able to facilitate another.
But as long as she feels this guilt, her mood won't improve because that's how shit works; time spent doing one thing cannot be time allocated to another.
The obvious response from her fans will be more about which part of her schedule she needs to chop off to accomodate for the stuff that they like, but that's all incidental to the fact that this is an internalize struggle.
Trying to build a more harmonious schedule for the following year is perhaps a bit too hopeful. She needs to let go, and not dwell so hard (or at all) on the things she ends up not being able to do as a result of her various schedules. A perfect schedule where she gets to do everything while remaining in perfect health and ideal relationships won't happen.

Having limited time is all about sacrifices.
Which kinda makes the whole thirsting incredibly hard over Kronii thing towards the end of the stream really really fucking funny to me, but anyways thanks for coming to my KFP Talk.

She was a depressed menhera from the start, first time she break down and cried on stream was her debut. I'm glad she's willing to talk about her mental issues quite openly now that is since about 2023 when she had this overly long episode but still she did absolutely nothing to deal with her serious psychiatric issues that can't be solve with venting or cats alone, her depressed mind will always find new things to be upset/sad about.

She needs to be truly honest with herself and evaluate her situation on her own. Why she feels the way she feels and what she wants in her life both personally and professionally, but she would benefit from having a therapist who can help guiding her. That's all they can do, they're not wizards who can magically fix you, but they'll help you find the way.

In the end unless you have some sort of diagnosed mental condition only you can pull yourself out of depression once you are ready to take the necessary steps, and seeking therapy certainly is a step in the right direction. Better than doing nothing and staying stuck.

having a neutral third party she can talk to about her past and her current situation, unload whatever thoughts and feelings she has about all of it, who'll ask good questions and help her think about things from other perspectives, would do her a lot of good if she wants to come out of year 5 feeling better than worse.
