Honestly, Irys is looking pretty good right now. Singing in HoloEN2 is aggressively bad, they seem to have concluded that English audiences don't care about the idol thing. The best singer of the bunch is Risu'ing herself (I hope baelz abandons the higher pitched voice). None of them hold a candle to Irys, and I think it's better for Irys that she is on her own.

Guys this is a branding and money thing, as in "vsingers" are corporately a different holo brand, on paper, meaning Irys has a unique contract unlike any other of the other girls, and it most likely has to do with how holo wants to go about music and licensing work etc. This could be a way/the beginning of holo creating different contracts etc for talent that will be focused towards creating licensed media content more so than live streaming etc.
