The stuff with the LLC turned out to be true and was verified by bith anons in /lig/ and /news/ as well as covered by Legal Mindset. Blacklisting apparently happened and broke up a lot of friendships, as well as doxxing. Also going by tweets by people who were in MSM that left today seem to indicate he was shitty to employees as well as avoiding paying artists and stuff. It all culminated with the co-owner of MSM leaving and the director of talent quitting, followed by a mass exodus of talent resigning over the last 24 hours

So Geega explained it as MSM was mostly a talent agent and Vshojo handled her vtubing specific stuff and both company's managements allowed her to double dip. It should be noted that a lot of Vshojo's current orbiters/roster of +s are also people who were in MSM: Froggyloch, Grape, heavenly, VIchiban most notably. It appears before the wheels fell off Vshojo had a good relationship with this talent agency, probably due to Geega vouching for them.

As for VIchiban, that was Buffpup's private company she and the other members of her friend group made. From what I understand MSM helped them with a lot of things for the VIchiban brand in exchange for a 15% cut.
