Tbh I honestly wish Hinano just sticks to Fuze for the rest of the scrims because she was great with it. Her grenade-throwing skills is getting better, her training paid off. And she's always worried about the lack of ammo, but by using Fuze she can melt other people's armors without spending bullets. Plus, Ren and Sena are bad at close-range fights/dome fights, so by using Fuze to break armor, Seer to block the enemy from healing/using batts, and Gibby's ult they can basically finish a squad from afar, rather than risking Sena and Ren died in close-range fights.

She had a bit of a rocky past in the competitive FPS gaming. Without spilling too much to become doxxing, she was in a gamer group but got the really shit end of the stick that ended in just plain bad. Then there was a bunch of other shit like the the black company that screwed her and an old acquittance of her over, souring their relationship by a lot.
It's a surprise she's even willing to once again reach out to people and why she streams almost always alone, as well as why she's so afraid of everything.

This being her first time actually working with others that she don't know too well, as well as not doing so well as she hoped, probably is triggering her bad memories and inferiority complex. Uto is basically Aqua, except not completely socially inept but close to.

Uto can do well, it really is just a case of having to grind it out like Nose. Hell Noah's been around the block for a while now and still hasn't been able to adjust to passive/defensive teammates.
I don't mind Tempplex, he's more empathic and flexible. Meanwhile idk what Uruca is up to but IMO he should give up having Noah as Wraith and let her play Octane or Pathfinder.
