Depends on the contracts, which they don't make public for obvious reasons.
If they have favorable contracts, it doesn't hurt if you're a small streaming. The group buff is nice, and they will usually support you for things like covers and merch.

Even if you're a bigger streamer in a branch, the smaller ones will still funnel extra viewers to you so its always free advertisement.

best groups right now are probably PRISM and maybe Tsunderia. PC seems like a bubble that got too much bitcoin money pumped into it and its going to implode on itself, Tsunderia is a mess but its a stable mess that people know what to expect from it.

Terrible staff, lots of early ads and shilling, too much investment when basically all of their girls are very very early on in their streaming career (and pretty bad)

Phase connect has their gen 2 auditions opening. Joining a small company right now is a hit or miss depending on the contracts, you're likely to get more views due to being part of a group and you get to communicate and be friends with likeminded individuals to help each other. Not to mention how if the company has a breakout star, it'll drag everyone's numbers up.

Prism- fastest rising agency with Shiki, Iku and Luto carrying everyone
Tsunderia- Stable after an incredibly rocky start and people leaving them
Kawaii- Nobody's heard much of them but it seems they're happy
Cyberlive- sketchy background but the girls defend the company a lot so they must be nice behind the scenes
Phase connect- canadian guy who just experiments in trying to push the group with a variety of ways and trying to get more momentum with more talent.
