however just so far my thoughts; Ceci is excellent, she's really playful, has good banter, she's an obvious gem. entertaining streamer just goofing around randomly in games, which goes a long way with EN fans who care less about idol duties. Rao is lovely, kind of a bimbo but not in a bad way, very likable very sexy, not pretentious and doesn't mind being the butt of jokes for Ceci etc. Liz is super talented, seems like the least experienced streamer so will be nice to see her grow in Hololive. Ceci - Appeals to me the most. Cute accent, a bit autistic, simultaneously laid-back and steadfast attitude, multi-talented and comes up with novel stuff, best design.
Raora - Very charming, positive and high-energy, but also a bit too quirk chungus for me. With her whole "skippa skippa" way of playing games and focus on art, I'm not sure I'll be tuning in to many streams.
Gigi - She's alright as the most chaotic gremlin, I don't dislike her, but might be best in short doses.

With that being said, I would recommend that Gigi raise the maturity level of her target audience immediately across the board. I'm talking like a new outfit that is sexy showing more skin ASAP (not sure if hololive has strict rules for this), and doing absolutely everything to show off some skill/talent.

Older guys who dono partly watch vtubers because they are tired of the median woman who has zero hobbies other than scrolling instagram so they love seeing some indication of interest in literally fucking anything. I'm not sure how much she was involved with the programming of the frogger game thing, but if she has literally any programming skills/is programming minded she needs to do the Zachtronics tour of games and similar like Jelly ASAP ASAP ASAP she would secure a permanent audience that hololive en has so far had zero grasp of (hololive has never catered to the huge autist gaming area like phase now has a strong grip of, but a lot of hololive fans are hololive only so it's an easy win). That's all assuming she is that type of girl, I can't really tell.

In an absence of talent you can make up for it with a lot of streaming dedication similar to how bijou turned her audience sentiment around when she showed that she was an uncompromising gamer who would push through anything (I haven't watched much of gigi's content so I'm not sure if she is trying this).

The maturity level of the audience has to be pushed up, it's absolutely critical.
It's a 10x more salvageable position than ERB is in right now so it isn't the worst spot to be in.

It's all about timezones. NA streams are in the middle of the night for EU. EU streams are in the middle of the day for NA, but middle of the night for Asia. In other words, only european NEETs are able to watch and thus SC NA holos, while american viewers can watch and SC EU holos just fine.
This is just another reason why EU holos make sense for EN. You cater to both english-speaking regions of the globe. (SEA can speak english but they're poor.)
