What's this sort of behavior called anyway? It's almost insulting really. Like, she has specifically come out to her members and said a stream during her own vacation would not be a bad idea. Her own suggestion and something that can be seen as her way of saying thanks to people who support her. If it ever crossed her mind that she wouldn't want to do that, she wouldn't bring it up. But rather than look forward to a potential guerilla stream, they would rather post this to hold some kind of sympathetic high ground.

I fucking love it. I don't know if it's better, but I prefer Amelia. Maybe Coco had a higher quality production, but the humor she had is not to my liking. I think Amelia is better at selecting memes and playing on the borderline between funny and obscene. Coco was great, incredible in the context she was in. It was basically an American with a Japanese audience, where the "yabai" jokes of typical American culture were an awesome innovation. Sometimes I can't help but look at some parts in Asacoco and think "this is cringe, but it's great in its context".
Amelia right now doesn't have such a context, she has to be careful not to go over the "cringe limit" and I think how she is and her humor is perfect for the show. It can improve in terms of overlay, or collaborate more with other holomembers for sketches, but beyond "objective" changes in production quality, I would not change anything.
The serious news portions were genuinely interesting as well. I missed Kiara's concert for example, and it was nice to see that clip with Amelia. I would love to see more news like that from other members, as I don't have time to keep up with them. The short songs sections were also an excellent idea.

tl;dr I think this is the best we can ask for in this context. Amelia is great

It's still pretty raw I think. Enjoyable and funny, but I think she will need to do a few more of them in order to get a feel for it before it can start challenging Asacoco. Sleep sched is all on her. She could just stay up until morning, do the show, and then sleep. For someone whose "working hours" are basically in the afternoon/evening, this isn't the worst thing, although it's not always the best either, especially since she sometimes experiences intermittent sleep.
One thing she could do with this route is take a late stream timeslot on the day of the show (or take the rest of the day off, since she usually takes 1-2 off anyway) and shift back to normal the next day onward.

My work situation has changed so I can't always give her earlier streams or even normal time streams 100% attention anymore. It's one thing to listen in while working and another thing to pay 100% attention to write down all the Ame moments. It especially hurts because I have to skip catching her live sometimes. Rather than half assing it, I'd rather leave space for other teamates to try to take up the mantle.
