The Nexans have a quota of 2 hours a day 5 days a week that they’re expected to complete on the AniLive app, anything else they do outside of AniLive will be on their time, they’ll continue this for the length of their contract which is about 2 years, though Nexas hasn’t completely ruled out dropping AniLive at some point.

Nexas and Anilive (the app) are separate companies, but they have a partnership where Anilive presumably helps fund Nexas in exchange for time-limited exclusivity on the app. Nexans can start streaming on YT/Twitch after a month of active streaming on Anilive, although they still have a "quota" of streaming time on Anilive they need to meet weekly. You can kinda get around this by dual-streaming zatsus to YT and Anilive at the same time if you have two phones.
Esila streams a gazillion hours a day so meeting the Anilive quota is not a problem for her. A few others alternate between streaming on Anilive and streaming on a real platform. A few Nexans can't stream outside Anilive yet either because they haven't hit the full month amount or they don't have the equipment to support it.

But it feels like Rixxy might have a problem attracting new viewers even back then in anilive. A lot of her content tends to be hard to join in partway.
