She is capable of great content which makes people even more frustrated when she doesn't prepare or seems to be low energy. She will make progress and then falls back on being lazy or unmotivated. As other people have said, she seemed notably more animated collabing with faggot Anitubers then she did with her Senpai or even her genmates. My main issue with her is being in an idol vtuber agency and eschewing the whole idol stuff.
