Want also to add some other stuff about this.

Buy a moka pot (in Italian it is more commonly known as a "caffettiera"). There are different types, often marketed by Bialetti, and they are differentiated by capacity and quantity of cups produced in a single cooking. For personal use, I recommend a three/four cup moka - but there are also ones for one/two cups on the market.

Larger capacities are used either when you have to make coffee for a large number of people (usually in a workplace/office environment) or when you have to make desserts or other coffee-based dishes (for example a tiramisu).

To be on the safe side, I recommend also buying a spare handle and rubber gaskets, since if you accidentally forget the coffee on the stove, it is likely that the seal will burn first and more rarely the handle (which is made of plastic).

Final recommendations: use mineral water for coffee if possible and not tap water. When the coffee comes to the boil, lift the lid and stir the coffee slightly with a teaspoon.

I didn't know what it was, quickly seen now. I think I've seen some videos about it, from memory, but for a similar result and an "authentic" flavour, at this point a Neapolitan flip coffee pot (shown in the image) is better.
Unlike the traditional moka, it infuses more slowly but produces a coffee with a stronger flavor (and generally with more coffee residue).

I don't drink any sodas, but because a lot of the artificial sweeteners are in all sorts of shit, I did a big ol' research roundup 5-6 years ago. My memory isn't perfect, but this is what I remember taking away form it:

First, a lot of the research had a common "arc" where the first big, scary one involved force-feeding rats more of the stuff than a human would reasonably consume when scaled up to human weight/sizes. Scientists argued about it. The some of them re-ran experiments with lower amounts, similar to what a human would consume (proportional to body weight), and TL;DR they all still caused basically the same issues, even at the amounts that most governments list as "safe". As for the specific substances:

(1) Aspartame: Caused cancer in rats, followed the arc of scary result with too-large amounts, reconfirmed at lower amounts.
(2) Sucralose: I forget if this one was immune system, metabolism, or both, in rats. Followed the same arc.
(3) Saccharin: This one was studied in humans IIRC, and is the source of anecdotes like >>79228961, where it induces people double-up or triple-up on consumption instead of replacing one-to-one from a standard sugar version, and so still end up fat.
(4) Erythritol/Stevia: I forget which issue this had. A quick re-Googling says cardiovascular issues (thombosis) but the studies are from after when I was reading about it. Seems also bad.
(5) Monk Fruit extract is the only one which hasn't (yet) been proven to do bad things to you. Downside? No one uses it alone or sells it pure. It's basically always mixed with one of the other four, so... fuck?
