The reason the race was so fun was because they were the same skill level and were going through it at the same pace. Fauna is going to get better now and any race will just be Fauna going far ahead leaving Gura behind. Also, DS2 and Sekiro would be awful for that and Gura said she didn't want to stream Sekiro.
